Hi,

 

I have received RFE on my H1B extension. USCIS is asking documents to support Employee Employer Relationship. I am working for a consultancy compancy. They don't have valid SOW with client. I got valid MSA and past 3 months invoices from my manager. Is it possible to get extension without SOW.
