H1B termination and re-apply

Hi,

I got my H1B approved in 2010 and worked in US for 1 year with an american company as fulltime employee. I had to come to India for some urgent personal work and could not go come back to US. Currently I am India.  My company had terminated my H1B visa.    Now I want to re-apply for H1B visa. Can I still use my current terminated H1B under exempt CAP OR Do I have to re-apply with under new quota (CAP) as new H1B  visa?
