H1B General Stamping Doubt..!!!

Hi,

 I am on h1(3 years approved) for Company A for past 1 year and planning on going to Canada for visa stamping.

After Stamping is done, I am planning to move to Company B to which my H1 will get transferred.

 

My Questions are:

• Do I need to go to stamping again after I moved to Company B or the stamping i had for company A is valid for 3 years ?
  
• After moving to company B if I go to India what additional documentation do I need when returning back to US ?

1. No need to go for stamping again after your H-1b x'ferred to new employer B, it's valid. Visa is an entry document.

2. While entering thru POE, please always carry H-1b approval notice (for employer B) and relevant documents to show that you have a valid job with employer B.
