Applying USA H1 and austrilia PR at same time

HI Team,

 

One of my friend is ready to apply for austrilia PR but he got employer to process USA H1 visa next year but he is worrying about next year USA lottery  to go a head with H1.

 

Applying USA H1 and austrilia PR at same time is becoming a problem ?

 

Is there any problem at H1 stamping if he applied for both ?

 

Some one told that it is a problem based on few forums . is it right ?

 

Could you please explain H1 stamping process in depth ?

 

USA immigration will check about his process with other countries  while processing for H1 ?

 

Please help him and waiting for answer asap.

No problem in applying for AUS PR and US H1b. No, but USCIS asks whether you applied for other countries immigration.
