Hi,

 

My current employer is getting ready to file for L-1B within next month.  Is it also possible to file for H-1B next April(2014)?  If Yes, does it have to be the same employer or can it be a different one?  If No, what are the various options available?

H1b petition for April 2014 can be applied - same employer or different employer or both employers can apply.
