Need your Guidance before Stamping

Hello All,

 

I had my H1B stamped in Feb 2012 which I never used as I left that company. Now new employer from US filled my New H1B using old cap which got approved and I have received new I797.

 

I am going for stamping next week with my dependents for this new company.

 

Can you please guide me what can be the probable / expected questions (apart from regular stamping questions) that can be asked in my case by US Consulate officer?

 

Any suggestions that you guys would like to give? This would be of very much helpful to me.

There are nothing called expected questions. Just be truthful and confident in your answers. Good luck.

You have had first hand experience once and I would not expect any trick questions. Run it by the Company Lawyer to see whether you need the new visa or if the Consulate informs you that you can use the existing visa then do so.
