Can we enter at different POE than the extended I-129 petition of H1B visa.

I got my h1b visa extension petition approved and  now I am travelling to India for getting visa stamped.  The place of employment in the petition is California state . Can I enter different POE than the one mentioned in my petition.

 

the reason is I would be accompanied by my wife who is coming for the first time to us with H1B visa and I would like to accompany to her place of location Denver and then travel back to my place of employment from Denver.
