Hi,

 

While applying the Perm labor, my employer entered my education completion year is 2001 instead of 2000.

 

does this give any problem? Do i need to apply another one? can we modify the existing one before/ after approval?

 

 

Or what are all the option...can you please suggest me?

You are not to be involved with PERM.

 

Where is the employer's attorney?  If there is none, this is the source of your problem. IMO, it is foolish to do something so important without paying experts for their assistance unless the company is so large as to have trained paralegals doing this daily under the general supervision of legal counsel.
