t75 Posted November 24, 2013 Report Share Posted November 24, 2013 You are not to be involved with PERM. Where is the employer's attorney? If there is none, this is the source of your problem. IMO, it is foolish to do something so important without paying experts for their assistance unless the company is so large as to have trained paralegals doing this daily under the general supervision of legal counsel.
