Our relatives, the birth parents also reside in US(husband is on H1 visa while the wife is on dependent visa). The baby is a US citizen. Can we adopt this baby. Can anyone guide us as to what is the procedure for adopting. The birth parents reside in Michigan and we reside in California. Will this be a problem? Thanks in advance. Link to comment
