DS 160 doubt

While filling out the DS 160 they ask the SEVIS number and institution's address. I graduated from ASU  and I am going to Univ of Wisc as a post doc after this. I am planning to go to India in between the transition and get my visa renewed. My OPT i20 has the sevis info of ASU. So am i supposed to fill in sevis info for which of these 2 institutions? Thank you!

 

Here is what DS 160 says: NOTE: You have indicated that the purpose of your trip to the U.S. is to be a student or exchange visitor. Provide the following information regarding the institution at which you intend to study.
