ak2su Posted November 23, 2013 Report Share Posted November 23, 2013 Hi, I have I140 approved from Comapany A and PD is May 2012. I have only 22 months left on my H1b, it terminates on 09/27/2015. Company B says that they can start my GC process after 12 months which will be around Jan 2015. If I change job Company A is going t withdraw my approved I140. Should I take the new Job. Is it safe? If not what are the options? Link to comment
