I got contracting offer and joined the consultancy. And for a week I'm working as a contractor. Now I got a full-time, is it ok to jump to full-time after working for the consultancy for a week? If it is fine, is it mandatory I have to do H1B in premium with full-time offer I have. Any inputs in greatly appreciated, thanks. Link to comment

It is called a bridge petition. Ask full time employer to file a H1B petition in PP using consultancy's H1B receipt notice. Link to comment
