Got 221g - H1b stamping

Hello Guys,

I got 221g in Canada.

I was enrolled in TVU when it was shutdown. So, now they are asking me for any proof/letter/document from USCIS has issued me allowing to get transferred to another school after TVU got closed. But the thing is USCIS never contacted me so I don't have any letter/doc.

Can anybody provide me any kind of letter/doc that USCIS issued after TVU closer?

 

P.S. - It should be some kind of authenticate doc. Like full website link at the bottom if the document is printed from website.

What they are asking is a specific document from USCIS addressed to you and not a general one.
