maverickp Posted November 21, 2013 Report Share Posted November 21, 2013 It seems you've not bothered reading the regulations properly. A valid F-1 visa itself isn't the requirement, but the requirement is that you should be on valid F-1 status at the time you apply for the H-1B. So you should be fine. Link to comment
