VO: types a lot for minutes....

VO: I'm sorry I cannot give you a VISA today

ME: whats the reason?
VO: Handles 214B paper

ME: OK, thanks, can i request a Waiver?

VO: No waiver is needed for you!

ME: Can i re apply?

VO: Yup...

ME: Have a nice day

VO: You too

I plan on re-applying, I do know I have a pretty solid Job in my country, I do own a house, I have been working for 8 years in a stable and pretty well paid job, I think the VO was not convinced and I probably could have explained here the places I was planing to visit when she asked where and why I was going to the states...

What do you guys think? Think there is a reason to overcome the 214B?

Thanks!

Lots of red flags.

1. Previously denied H1B. Potential immigrant.

2. No friends in US.

3. No strong ties. Just owing a house is not enough in my opinion.

4. Are you really being paid 3 lacs/month?

5. Overstayed in US with no valid reason.
