When to expect NVC notice for fee bill?

I have opted for the consular processing in my I140 petition (EB1A: alien of extraordinary ability). The same is now approved by Nebraska Service Center. I have received courtesy notice of approval and my attorney has received official approval notice. The current case status (for more than a week on USCIS website) shows “Post Decision Activity” mentioning that we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. However, I have not been contacted by NVC yet. When can I expect to be contacted by NVC for fee bill? Thank you.

It took about 4 weeks from I-140 approval in my case. This was back in May.
