H1B stamping during H1B transfer

I am working for Company A (current) on a approved H1B but have a stamping (Visa) of company B(my prev emp) which is valid till Sep 2014. I am going to India for a stamping as per my attorney advice even though i can reenter using old Valid visa.

 

Recently i got a offer from company C(next emp) and they would be filing my H1B transfer during my travel period under premium mode. After i come back it will be only after 2-3 weeks that i will start with the new company since i am planning to resign after coming back. WIll there be any complications at POE or for the new H1B transfer.
