Illinois student - Instate tution

Hello,

 

My background: on H4, Husband on H1, GC-PERM applied, My name not included yet in the GC process, will do it in 140 stage. 

 

I've applied to a University in Illinois, they can provide instate if I provide a proof saying that I will convert to a permanent resident when I get a chance.

Can I submit this affidavit? If so, will I jeopardize my future chances for H1/F1?

If you have immigrant intent as demonstrated by you signing this document, you will not be qualified for F1 which does not permit immigrant intent.  H1B is dual intent - immigrant intent is permitted.
