L1B blanket for a big bank

Hi,

My wife is getting a transfer from her delhi office to the global HQ of a big bank in NY. She is a Modeling Specialist, coming in at a VP level position. 4 yrs workex with 1 yr 9 months in the current bank. Her immigration agency is completing an L1B application for her.

Masters & bachelors in Economics- education wise

 

Could you please advise. what are the chances for approval in such a case and what are the key things she should be careful about?

Also, would it make sense to push her immigration agency to file for an L1B individual instead of blanket?
