Want to change job using AC21 - new offer letter has 37.5hrs/week and no job duties

Hi,

I am interested in moving to a new employer. they offered me a full time job but their offer letter has no job duties mentioned except the job title and their policy is 37.5 workhours per week which is mentioned in the offer letter.

 

I am working on GC-EAD under EB2. can I send offer letter with 37.5 hrs per week and with no job duties mentioned along with my AC21?
