How about H1B stamping with Small company which is established one year back?

Hi all,

 

I did my Masters her in US, recently i got my H1 B from Employer A which is established one year back, am only the person who is holding H1 B and some other GC and OPT employees also working.

 

I am planning to go for Canada stamping in coming 6 months. 

 

Is My H1B stamping get affected with this employer profile which is one year old?
