Job change from Company A with I140 to Company B

Hi,

    I am currently working in Company A and got an H1B extension recently which is valid upto Sep 2016. My wife's extension is still pending. I applied my wife's H4 on Sep 25 and waiting for the approval.

    I have my I-140 approved and my EB-2 PD is 26-Jul-2008. I would like know whether switching from

 

1) Company A to Company B is possible.

2) With my wife's extension is still in progress with USCIS, is it going to create any problem?

3) When I stay with Company A and company decides to lay-off/close down/sell company what happens with my GC process.

4) Will company B be able to transfer my H1 while my wife's H4 is pending with USCIS. Also, will company B be able to apply to my wife's H4 after my H1 transfer?

 

Please Advise.
