How about H1B stamping with Small company which is established one year back?

Hello all,

 

I did Maters here is US, got H1 recently for one year with Employer A which is established one year back, i am the first H1 employee for this Employer and some other GC and OPT employees also working with this Employer. I am planning to go for Canada Stamping in coming 6 months.

 

Is My H1 stamping get affected with this Employer profile which is one year old?
