H1B Amendment and Transfer at same time

Hi Experts,

 

I need to know the below information & solution:

 

My Petition was filled for client 'A' by my employer and after 1.5 year ie in September 2013  they filled a LCA for a new client 'B', my project at client 'B' was for only 2 months which is over now.

 

Currently my employer is asking to file a Amendment for a new client 'C' and requesting all the documents require.

 

I got a offer from a new employer and they are also asking all the required documents for transferring my H1 from my current employer to the new one.

 

I need to know if I submit the requested documents to both of them will their be any problem.

 

Please suggest your expert advice.
