I130/I485- while H1B is in Extension

Hi,

Currently my H1B visa is in extension process and awaiting decision, and I have the receipt number of the extension. My H1B visa and I-94 have thus expired. I am marrying US citizen.

So now I have following questions:

 

1) Can I FIle For AOS if H1b extension is pending?

 

2) If yes, I see in form I-485, asking me for my I-94 number, my current USCIS status and Expires on.

    So what should i put for "Current USCIS status" (Since h1b expired and is in extension) , my I-94 number (since it is expired), and Expiry date.?

 

3) Same for for 1-765, part 10 : "I-94 number"
