Urgent : New b1/b2 with approved h1b- pls reply

Hi. I am currently working with company xxx and have a new employment from yyy. Company yyy has processed my H1b and has been approved and I was planning to go for visa stamping in another 20 days. But now my current employer xxx wants me to complete a knowledge transfer and is processing my B1(process started already). I can resign my job with xxx only after completing the knowledge transfer .Now the question is

1. Can I apply for b1 for my current employer when I hold h1b approved for different employer.
2. How mush is the chances of approval for B1 with approved h1b(stamping yet to be completed)
 3. Is there any chance of rejection to my H1b
4. In case B1 is approved and I want to get my H1b stamped, are there changes where my B1 may get cancelled.

 

Any information on the above is highly appreciated as currently I am in a very confused state. Thanks in advance for your help.
