EB2 to EB3 Very Urgent

Hi

Its very urgent so if someone can answer.

Have a strange case...I have an approved I-140 from company A(on EB2) but since I am not getting any contracting job so I am on bench for 1.5 months now. Its because of the job I am moving from Company A to Company B. 

One company B(User based company)  has offered me a job and wants to do on EB3 only as its their company policy. Only for Managers they will do EB2 category. I have no choice but to join this B company.

 

My question is that can I come back to company A if company A has not cancelled I-140. Is this move allowed if I get H1 transferred from B to A again. I can speak to company A to keep my I-140. If I move to company A, do I have to this PERM again and I-140 again ?
