lawlaw_123 Posted November 16, 2013 Report Posted November 16, 2013 Hi, I am on H1-B and was pleaded guilty in April 2012 to borough ordinance (breach of peace/code 222-2). I was arrested and also fingerprinted. My immigration/criminal lawyer helped me with the court formalities, and I paid $233 as charges. Since then I have traveled twice to India and entered USA without any objections. Now, my visa extension (premium processing) is in progress, and I am planning to visit India for stamping in Dec, 2013. Will there be issues with stamping at Delhi consulate as my case has not been expunged yet? The case gets eligible for expungement only after 2 years. Also, what kind of questions will I be asked during the stamping interview? Please advise. I have original court disposition document and will also obtain a supporting letter from my attorney. Thank you!
