H-1B stamping in Hyd, India- Next Week.

Hi all,

 

I'm going to visa stamping next week so need your valuable insights.

Here is where I'm at now:

I got my visa approval last year until 2015  This year went to India and while coming back , at port of entry my visa got cancelled due to not meeting employer-employee relation. Now my h1b approved and all set to for visa interview. Just want to know what are the things I need to have in place and what I may face based on my what's been happened so far.??Please post your thoughts

Just be confident when you answer the questions.

 

Be prepared to face a lot of questioning about the Deportation.

 

Documents and reasoning why you should get the visa is what you have to emphasize now.
