what happens to H1b if company is bought out.

HI,

           I am working with this companyh on H1 and they are just bought out by another company, another company is willing to keep all the old employess, so any body can guide what needs to be done to continue my H1?

           i have filed my 485 in April 2011 ,finger printing done in June 2011, and got EAD in june 2011 and  PD is March2010, how much is the risk of using EAD if H1 does not work out.
