H1B transfer query

Hi,

 

I got my H1B approved and stamped this year on 27th september with validity till 2016. I have not travelled to USA till now. I am going to join new employer in India and they agreed to tranfer the petition. I have following queries:

 

1. Is it possible to do tranfer.

2. If so then approx how much time it takes.

3. Do I need to go for stamping all over again.

2. 3 to 4 months in regular processing and 15 calendar days in premium processing.

I think u need to have recent pay stubs for h1b transfer. For which u need to be in US for atleast 2-3 months. Please check with attorney.

OP has not entered US at all. So, he does not need any pay stubs to do a transfer. Pay stubs are required only when one is working in US to show USCIS that valid status is being maintained.
