catx Posted November 15, 2013 Report Posted November 15, 2013 EAD and AP application processing is based on their receipt date (as stated on the corresponding I-797C Notice of Action receipts). Processing should take between 60 - 90 days for approval, but has been known to take up to 120 days.

ptaneja Posted November 15, 2013 Author Report Posted November 15, 2013 thank you catx for quick reply. However, my friends they filled their I-485, I-765 & I-131 (Notie Date Sept 17, 2013) after me they recieved their EAD/ AP card and also got the approval of I-485. Can we track how USCIS is processing all these cases?
catx Posted November 15, 2013 Report Posted November 15, 2013 USCIS My Case Status at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do. Enter your receipt number (on the I-797C Notice of Action) and Check Status. This gives you the current status and the date of the last update. You can also sign up for Case Updates (by e-mail). You register for an account and then enter the receipt numbers for your I-765 employment authorization, I-131 advanced parole, and I-485 adjustment of status. You can also sign into your account and check all your statuses all at once. Lastly, it is important to remember that the USCIS explicitly treats each case as unique, and what happened for one person (or your friends) has no bearing on your case, regardless of how similar they appear.
