I need some help in filling DS160

 

Under the Tab  "Temporary Work Visa Information "

Where it is asking for "Where do you Intend to work"??

 

What should i provide here ?

 

Is it the Employer Name and Address??

 

I work at the client location.

Please let me know whether the following details that i have filled in my ds-160 is correct or i need to make any change. My doubt is do i have fill the Client name in the Name of the Employer section under  Where Do You Intend to Work or it should be my employer name only.

Name of Employer  EMPLOYER NAME

U.S. Address          CLIENT ADDRESS

Phone Number       CLIENT PHONE NUMBER
