H1B holder marrying to Green card Holder

Hello All,

 

 I am also planning to apply for Green card through my Spouse. She is the green card holder. I filled out I-130 form. We are ready with Following documents too.

 

1. Filled I-130 Form

2. Copy of Bonafide Marriage Certificate

3. Filed G325a form for both of us

4. Joined Rental Lease document

5. Money order of $420

 

Que 1: I just wanted to know that are we missing any Documents?

 

Que 2: Should i fill I-485 right now and send it with my other documents or i should wait till get Priority date?
