Hi, My H1B petition was approved through employer A on June 2013 in year 2013's quota. I had to travel back to India on August. Currently my employer A is unable to show me any jobs. I have searched an employer B and got through an interview (End client is same in both the cases). So can I transfer my H1b Approved petition to employer B from employer A while in India?

I am yet to get my visa stamping done in India. Kindly provide information.

Yes, you can. Employer B files a cap exempt H1B petition and on approval attend an interview with B's I797.

3 plus months to get approval by regular processing and 15 calendar days by premium processing.
