ajaysharma Posted November 15, 2013 Report Posted November 15, 2013 Find a position. Apply. Get the job. Have the employer apply for a H1 (which is now only possible next year). Get the H1. Get the visa stamped. Get through border control. Alternatively, if he has a job and the company has a US branch, he may attempt to transfer. But the overall process is no different to anyone else's,

Thanks in advance for all your help!! Did your friend do an integrated master's degree? Well, he needs to find an employer who is ready to offer a job and file a H1B petition in April 2014 and on approval he can get a H1B visa, enter US and begin to work from Oct 1st 2014.
