H1b transfer - *****URGENT*****

Situation:

 worked in Company A till Sep 30th 2013 - My visa is valid until Oct 2014 

At this time not sure if h1b revoked with company A ,i dont have paystub running for the month of oct 2013

 

Got a job with Company B. Accepted offer and they did file h1b transfer on 28 th Oct 2013,dont have recepit number 

 

Got another offer with Company C today. 

 

 

 

Question:

1. Can I transfer current (company A) H1B to company C? 

2. Does Company B have to be involved in the process at all? 

3. will there be any problem now during h1b transfer to company C , If company A already revoked my h1b ?

You were out of status from 1st October to 28th October.

1. Company C can file something called bridge petition. 

2. Yes, they need to get their H1B approved.

3. Yes, possibly as you were out of status of 28 days.

 

How come you have not received your receipt number all these days from employer B?
