H1B Extension Denied I-94 valid till 17th Jan 2014

Hi Friends

 

My H1B petition was applied in Sept end in PP and recd RFE , mainly requesting client letter and need to justify that your Job description qualifies for speciality occupation and need for bachelors degree

 

My Attorney responded to same it got denied on 8th November 2013.

 

My current H1B and I 94 is valid till 17th Jan 2014.

 

What options do i have know ? My Attorney is saying that we will file another Extension now

 

 

Any suggestions would be welcome

What is your profession and educational qualification? How will it benefit applying for extension again when nothing has changed in your situation after extension rejection?

so what's your educational BG?? what type of H1 job your employer filed for??
