Looking4JobH1 Posted November 12, 2013 Report Posted November 12, 2013 Hello I have a question regarding my H1B visa. Currently, I am employed with Company A and actively looking for a job outside. Recently, a recruiter contacted me and asked me send my H1B document. I have not even had an interview with their company yet. He did not speak much about the position , asked me my salary requirements and after I stated my requirements ( which from his reaction looked I was asking for more than he could offer), he asked me to send the H1B document. Would be risky to send the document? I was wondering without any proper interview or giving details about the position, he asked for my H1B document. Should I/Can I send it? Any input would be appreciated.
