H1B Stamp in Calgary Questions

Hi guys, first of all thank you so much for your time to see the post and answer this for me.

 

My questions are :

 

1. I got my visa first H1B stamp in my country 2011 ( Indonesia ) and thinking about going to Calgary for my second H1B stamp, is it Ok if my degree ( my bachelor ) not from the US, if I go stamp in Calgary?

 

2. I've been reading the forums about the calgary stamping also and wondering what is Loomis mean?

 

3. What documents should I bring with me?

 

4. Any recomendation for the hotels or motels that near the consulat office

 

5. How did I make my appointment for interview in Calgary
