Changing Employer- I-140 Porting- Eb2 to EB2

I have I-140 approved in Eb2 category.
I have Bachelors(4 yrs.) + 8 years of Experience.
I want to change employer and port my I-140 in Eb2. the Job description for which i am applying is as follows
Does the Job description qualify for Eb2 category? Should I go forward and Join the new employer?
