H1b Transfer to new employer : Received RFE on current h1b transfer

I am on H1b visa.I joined the employer B six months back and Employer B filed the H1b transfer in normal processing and now i got the RFE(Request for Evidence).
Meanwhile I got a very good offer from employer C which is a full time opportunity with them.They have filed the LCA and they are about to file my h1b transfer in premium.
Question(s):
Can my new employer C file the h1b transfer when I am on RFE with my current employer B?
Can I join the new employer C when i receive the H1b receipt number filed by employer C?
or should i wait till my h1b transfer with new employer B is approved ?
or should i wait till my h1b transfer with new employer C is approved ?
Please clarify it is urgent.
