After going through Deportation as explained in My Deportation Story, Attorneys suggested to move H1 to the primary vendor and its not going to be a transfer and is going to be a new H1. 

 

My Primary Vendor had already submitted petition and i'm hoping its going to get approved in a week time.

 

What are the possible questions i may be asked during the interview regarding deportation?

Which consulate would be preferred? chennai or hyderabad? (I've been to chennai consulate twice already and both times its approved) 

 

I know there are no strict yes or no answers for the above questions. any insight is appreciated.

There are no set of questions being asked. Whatever is asked answer it plainly and truthfully. Any US consulate is good. They are one and the same.

New Petition with new employer approved upon responding to RFE to show employer employee relationship.
