H1B Visa concerns - **Urgent**

My H1B approved in last month.I went out of US and came back.

 

1) Can i work with L1B till my I-94 valid.

 

2) What will happen for my H1B?is it going to be invalid.

 

3) If i want to withdraw H1B,to stay with L1B visa with my company,what would be the procedure.

Please help me out.

1. On what visa and approval notice did you request entry. L1B or H1B? If L1B then you can work till L1B I94 validity.

2. Your H1B approval is still there. When you want to switch a employer has to file a cap exempt H1B petition (COS from L1B to H1B) and on approval your status changes to H1B.

3. If you have entered recently on L1B visa and not working for employer who sponsored H1B the petitioner would revoke your H1B petition.

Adding few information about my Query.

 

I am working with L1B currently and visa still valid till next march,recently H1B got approved.

 

Last week,i went out of US for business trip,while coming back got I-94 on L1B visa.

If i want to continue  L1B,do i need to revoke H1B.

You are currently on L1B status in US. Your H1B employer would revoke your petition as you are not working for him/her. No worries.
