Still in RFE response review since 3rd Sep 2013 on my H1b case

Hi Friends,

 

I have responded for the RFE on 3rd September'13 and still it show under  RFE response review stage?

 

Is there anyone who has applied in the (California Service Center) and is in RFE response review stage? 

 

I guess we need a discussion specific to issues in processing at California Service Center, Laguna Niguel. Its a very stressful and a painful wait to get to some decision.

 

Also would like to know what is the acceptance rate at West Coast - California Service Center

 

Any replies would be appreciated greatly.

Hi Kishore, Is your case filed in regular/premium? 

My case(filed in PP) is in the same status since november 6th.
