Attorney_23 Posted November 11, 2013 Report Share Posted November 11, 2013 A visa generally cannot be extended while in the U.S. A petition to extend L-1 status, however, may be filed (although it would be filed as a standard L-1 case if the individual is in the U.S.) Link to comment
