contract term for NIW petition

Please if anybody can clarify this question

 

--I am working as a primary care physician in a NIW area with contract with the employer for 3 years.If i obtain a contract for another employer ( NIW eligible area) for 3 years, can I go ahead and file NIW petition?

 

--Or is mandatory to have a single contract for 5 years?
