H1B/H14 successful stanping experience at Toronto on 10/30

Place- Toronto, ON, Canada

Slot - 10/30 at 10.30 am, reached at 10.35

Completed intinial process to submit DS-160, Original I797,Passport for both of us H1B / H4B, fingerprint.

Waited for 45 minutes inside to be called.

While I was waiting few things that I noticed-

- no one got rejected eventhough they came for H1B,Visitor , H4B or anything except one guy who came for H1B stamping.

- I was sitting and waited very close to between window 7&8.

- window 4-8 for interview.; VO- 2 white old guys; 2 white old lady; 1 chinise young lady.

- My & my wife(H4B) token# called at winfow 8.

Q's asked to me by VO:

- who is your employer?

- How long you been with your current employer?

- direct employer? Or any end client? Who is?

- did employer having you to pay for H1B application fees? How much? She twisted this Q so smartly snd tried to drilled me in .

- salary? Need your pay stub? W2?

- checked pay stub since last year and asked why its much varience in your pay since last 4 months.?

- gave her my pay raise letter

- how long been in US?

- when did you make your last visit to India?

Q's to my wife for H4B:

- why you kept your last name is same you had before marrriage?

- highest education?

- when did you married?

- any kids?

- need your marriage registration certificate

She took 3 mininutes to think something and said

Your visa is approved!
