Before 2 weeks I got RFE for Educational evaluation and we converted my visa to premium. Now again i received second RFE and they say the second RFE is also for the same reason as first. I have the below queries, please provide me your inputs: 1. Is getting second rfe for the same reason normal? 2. What is the probability for getting my visa through? 3. How long does it take to update after responding to my RFE while in Premium process?
