I understand it has crossed maximum processing time. My attorney sent mail to USCIS but there is no reply. Is there any other way to check the status in detail. how long it may take to get it approved or RFE. Any one in the same situation?

manojjayam Posted November 19, 2013 Report Posted November 19, 2013 Hi , My H1 was filed in April 2013 got an RFE in Sep regarding project related stuff .., RFE was responded in Nov but the status is still showing RFE and has not updated any further .... Looks like USICS has contracted the indian way of working on cases :) takes for ever to make a decision .
